Administrative Manager

Mariela Labrador has worked alongside private practice mental health professionals for more than 10 years. At Maven Psychology Group, she provides administrative support to both clients and clinicians while overseeing the day-to-day operations of the practice.

Before transitioning into practice administration, Mariela spent more than 12 years working in Information Technology as a Systems Engineer for large corporations in the United States and internationally. Her background in complex systems, combined with strong communication and organizational skills, allows her to support the practice with efficiency and care.

Mariela earned her master’s degree from the University of Pittsburgh. Her empathy, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset contribute to smooth and responsive operations for both the clinical team and the families they serve.

She is fluent in both English and Spanish, allowing her to communicate effectively with clients and community partners from a wide range of backgrounds.
